This node that can’t be created, will only appear when something during the graph initialization has gone wrong. It is reserved for those cases, where, because of an update, nodes have been renamed/gone missing and therefore their reference is lost. In those cases, you will find a MISSING node with the connections that it used to have.

You can use that information to generate an equivalent node manually or tweak the graph as needed to adapt to those new changes.
